The original “Hashtag That Shot” post said that we’d highlight the top Instagram photos every Monday. Under normal circumstances, that would mean that we’d have a full week of photos to choose from. But Alta isn’t a normal ski area. And apparently our skiers (You) are not normal Instagram users. Just three short days after I published the original post, I had more than enough quality photos to sort through. So, without further delay, here’s a look at Alta through the lens and filters of our very own Instagram followers:
@bcurkendall - Overcast but fun. Looking across Alta at Superior #alta #altaskiarea #slc #winter #wasatch #skiing
@vanessaaadland - The Wasatch look delicious in red.
@mattycs_winter - A couple of sexy lines headed up Collins this morning.
@ericbalken - Logging the first shots of the year with @haydenzprice @wolfgangmeatsmith @carstonoliver @powelleastman @altaskiarea
@clydzdale - Good morning #altaskiarea.
@jesseweeks - Sunrise over Devil's Castle @altaskiarea rippin!
@tarakthomas - Lookin' good as usual Jesse . . . @altaskiarea @jesseweeks
Just for good measure, here’s one that we took:
@altaskiarea - The winds are bringing the storm to Alta.
Yeah, you guys are making Alta look good. Think we’re missing a sweet shot? Make sure to hashtag #altaskiarea so we can pick it up.
