The Alta Environmental Center embraces the science of ecology and uses a system approach to sustainability. By using the "triple-triple" bottom line as our foundation, we’ve defined three priority areas for each bottom line. This "triple-triple" bottom line provides a definition of sustainability and thereby creating a decision-making lens to guide our strategies and ultimately implement best management practices.
