Your Alta Ski Area Season Passes provides some unique perks that you may not find at other ski areas. Enjoy no blackout dates, free skiing at other Wasatch ski destinations, free UTA Ski Bus ridership, half-priced skiing at partner resorts and discounts on services at Alta-owned ski shops.

No Blackout Dates

Ski every day, all season long with your Alta Season Pass—your direct-to-lift key to the Alta castle, No need to consult your calendar or set reminders on your phone. Show up at Alta and start skiing.

Skiing Perks at 30 destinations

Alta Season Passes include free and discounted skiing in Utah and around the globe via the Wasatch Benefit, Mountain Collective membership, and a partnership with a handful of independent ski areas.


Back for the 2020-21 season, the Wasatch Benefit includes one free day of skiing at each of the following ski areas: Snowbird, Brighton, and Deer Valley. Wasatch Benefit Blackout dates are December 26 - January 2, 2020; January 16 - 18; February 12 - 15.

Snowbird has a wide variety of terrain for everyone to enjoy time on the slopes. Intermediate and advanced skiers will find endless opportunities in the Bird’s winter playground while beginners have options all over the mountain to hone in their skills.

Brighton Resort, located at the top of Big Cottonwood Canyon, is known as Utah's only resort that can boast that 100% of its terrain is accessible by high-speed quads. Enjoy great tree skiing, terrain parks and night skiing.

Deer Valley Resort is nestled in the historic mining town of Park City, Utah, home to the Sundance Film Festival. Deer Valley is known for its meticulous grooming and first-class amenities.

UTA ski bus*

Enjoy free ridership on the Utah Transit Authority (UTA) Ski Bus and Trax. From the airport, hotel or home. From Ogden to Park City to Provo, Utah Transit Authority has a way to get you to the mountains. Season passes that include the UTA Benefit receive free ridership on all UTA Ski Bus Routes and Trax when used in-transit with a Ski Bus Route.

The new and improved Ski Bus is the best way to reduce one's carbon footprint while recreating in the Cottonwoods.
