Working in the Alta Ski Shop is about sharing your passion for skiing and ski gear with guests from all over the world.

The best candidates will be comfortable working in a fast-paced customer-oriented environment and committed to making sure every guest has the gear they need to enjoy their time on the mountain. Previous experience in retail, rental or tuning is a plus, but not required. Intermediate skiing ability is required to work in our mid-mountain shops.

We are now hiring for full and part-time positions. Company housing may be availble for full-time employees. The anticipated start for the job would be mid-November and will require holiday availability.
