Job Duties Include

• Install, maintain and troubleshoot corporate computers and peripherals
• Install and support enterprise software systems including ticket sales and checking, retail and rental, food and beverage and accounting and reporting
• Manage corporate servers and virtual machines
• Manage SAN and backups
• Install and support databases
• Windows Admin., Windows Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
• Maintain PCI compliance and ensure security systems
• Manage mountain-wide Wi-Fi networks
• Assist with Network admin. including firewall, DAS and Mtn. Ops hardware
• Liaison with 3rd party vendors
• Maintain documentation of systems and inventory of hardware replacement devices
• Maintain software upgrades
• Other duties as assigned by the Corporate Controller/Management

Job Type & Schedule

• Full-time, year-round
• Summer schedule is four 10 hour days (generally Mon. - Thurs.)
• Winter schedule is five day work week (including one weekend day)

Desired Experience

• Standardizing PC imaging
• Building and troubleshooting a network of PC's and peripherals
• Installing and supporting servers and virtual machines
• Windows Administration, Windows Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
• PCI compliance protocols

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
• Must be self=motivated and a team player and fit with existing corporate culture
• Strong communication skills
• 5+ years of IT experience
• Degree in computer science preferred
• Standardizing PC imaging preferred
