Through weekly coaching in a supportive and safe women’s environment, grow your confidence and technique on the mountain. Our passionate certified instructors will expand on the fundamentals of technique, tactics and equipment.
Ladies Day is designed for women—advanced intermediate through expert skiers—who want to meet other like-minded women who are ready to challenge themselves and grow their love of skiing. We meet Thursday mornings to explore and practice important building blocks which will help build skills and experience, allowing you to ski your desired terrain more confidently. Coaches will work with small groups to give individual feedback, including video analysis of form, alignment and progress.
Our goal is to coach and inspire women to reach their full potential in a positive atmosphere that is motivating and fun!
