The Ride Space App

While we all love being in the mountains, no one wants to spend time in canyon traffic. A huge contributor to canyon congestion is the plethora of single-occupancy vehicles. Get yourself to Alta Ski Area, Brighton Resort, Snowbird or Solitude Mountain Resort while helping reduce emissions and canyon traffic. The Ride Space app is available for both Apple and Android.

Preferred Carpool Parking

Alta provides prime parking in the Wildcat base area to vehicles arriving with three or more persons. Use the Ride Space app to find fellow carpoolers and score a great parking spot.

How it works:

• Download The Ride Space app for iOS or Android
• Register an account (check your spam folder if you do not receive the email confirmation)
• Set your home mountain to Alta
• Find ride-sharing partners by either offering a ride or joining a ride
• Track your ride and earn monthly and annual rewards
• With each completed trip to Alta the user receives 1 point
• 1 point = 1 entry (2x points = holidays and weekends)
• The more points you earn = the more entries your receive in the monthly opportunity drawing

Alta rewards

• Alta will award one lift ticket (good for the current season) to two lucky winners each month.
• The top Alta monthly Ride Space App user is elibible to receive two lift tickets valid for the current season.
• The top 5 monthly users are entered into a year-end opportunity drawing. This drawing will randomly award one Grand Prize winner and a Runner-up.
• The year-end Grand Prize winner will receive an Alta Season Pass valid for the 2020-21 winter.
• The year-end Runner-up winner will receive lunch at Collins Grill (value $100, excludes alcohol).
