Our projected opening date is set for Saturday, November 21st, 2020 conditions permitting. Conditions permitting takes on an entirely new meaning this year—as we carefully monitor both snow and COVID-19 conditions.

Best pricing is available through August 12th which means that you can spend the hottest days of the summer dreaming about the coldest, deepest days of winter. With our extended deadline you have more time to choose the pass that's right for you.

Reload Your Season Pass Card

Alta skiers who have an Alta Card from previous seasons can reload their season pass using their WEB-ID. Save $5 and help the environment.

Receiving Your Alta Discount Code

Discount codes will be emailed out to 2019-20 Season Passholders in June 2020. The discount code will be sent to the email used when originally purchasing your 2019-20 season pass. If you purchased multiple season passes through one email account, you will receive multiple discount codes to the purchasing email for each specific passholder in the original purchase.

Once you have received your discount code, visit Shop.Alta.com to apply your discount code toward the purchase of your 2020-21 Season Pass.

Peace-of-mind purchasing means that Alta will provide a full refund, no questions asked, for unused 2020-21 Season Passes until December 31st, 2020. We understand that life is all things unprecedented, uncertain and uncharted right now—which is why we provide you peace-of-mind purchasing through the end of 2020. 

Refunds for all unused season passes will be compensated at the $ amount paid and does not include discount code amounts. 

No. Alta skiers have the freedom and flexibility to ski any day of the ski season.

Discounts codes will be emailed to qualifying 2019-20 passholders. Discount codes are determined on the following criteria:

  • • Shortened 2019-20 ski season due to COVID-19
  • • Price paid
  • • Days skied
  • • Pricing for 2020-21

    2. Click on your cart and apply your promo code(s) from your email(s) by clicking "Apply Discount Code".
    3. Click "Apply" to use discount code
    4. Proceed to "checkout"
    5. Purchase your discounted 2020-21 Alta Season Pass

Alta Discount Codes are non-transferable and only available for use by 2019-20 Season Passholders. Alta Discount Codes expire 12.31.2020. Alta-Bird Discount Codes expire 12.1.2020

Absolutely. This is the preferred method and one that ensures that the pass in your pocket is ready to go for next winter and allows you direct-to-lift access. Reloading your current pass allows you to skip the ticket window in the fall. 

*Pro Tip. Skiers often experience issues reloading passes online for kids that have moved into a new age bracket. To remedy, selecting “new” will help solve this problem. 

 

In addition to Wasatch Benefits, Mountain Collective and other ski area reciprocity, you also receive 20% off ski rentals and tuning service at Alta-owned ski shops.

Yes. Season passholders receive one day of skiing at Brighton, Deer Valley and Snowbird. Blackout dates apply.

Blackout dates: December 26, 2020 - January 2, 2021, January 16-18 2021, February 12-15, 2021

Yes, Alta passholders receive 50% off the other 21 Mountain Collective destinations across North America and worldwide AND includes reciprocity at additional destinations: Bridger Bowl, Brundage, Homewood, Red Lodge and Wachusett.

Alta has a no refund policy, however, we understand that life can present unexpected challenges that warrant consideration of a refund or credit. On a case-by-case basis, Alta reviews all refund request forms. To request a form please email info@alta.com

Yes, new this season, the Alta-Bird Season Pass includes an Ikon Base pass. As always, there are no blackouts at Alta and Snowbird, plus days at 35+ additional resorts. Upon purchase of your Alta-Bird Season Pass, you will receive a coupon code redeemable on the Ikon website. This coupon must be redeemed by 12/9/2020.  The Ikon Base pass does not provide access to Aspen and Jackson Hole.
