Located mid-mountain near the Collins angle station and Wildcat lift, on the third floor of the Watson Shelter. Suppliers for the Collins Grill are as local and sustainable as possible. Please call ahead for reservations.
Collins Grill Menu
Our menu is house-made and chalkboard presented to allow for daily changes. We have a multi-cultural cuisine featuring small plates of grass-fed meats, sustainable seafood, and organic vegetarian dishes. We do accommodate people with most food allergies. You can expect a variety of salads, soups, appetizers, and signature cocktails.
Private Dining and Meeting Space.
Collins Grill offers a private dining space for up to 30 friends, guests or colleagues. This room provides gorgeous views of Mt Baldy & Mt Superior. Think of us for your next breakfast or lunch gathering. Custom menu planning included.
