Absolutely. This is the preferred method and one that ensures that the pass in your pocket is ready to go for next winter and allows you direct-to-lift access. Reloading your current pass allows you to skip the ticket window in the fall.
*Pro Tip. Skiers often experience issues reloading passes online for kids that have moved into a new age bracket. To remedy, selecting “new” will help solve this problem.
Yes. Season passholders* receive one day of skiing at Brighton, Deer Valley and Snowbird. Wasatch Benefit is valid Monday–Thursday excluding holiday periods. (Holiday Blackout Dates: Dec 26–31, 2024 | Jan 18–19, 2025 | Feb 15–16, 2025.)

Alta has a no refund policy, however, we understand that life can present unexpected challenges that warrant consideration of a refund or credit. On a case-by-case basis, Alta reviews all refund request forms. To request a form please email info@alta.com

No. Alta skiers have the freedom and flexibility to ski any day of the ski season. Remember that parking reservations are required Friday–Sunday and holidays from 8am–1pm.
Complimentary parking reservations for qualifying Alta passholders. Qualifying Alta passholders will receive code(s) that can be used to book parking reservations. Reservation codes may be reused once the 8am active reservation date has passed.
- Qualifying Alta passes: Family Package, Adult, 65+, 80+, 18-25, Military, Gold Card, Powder Card & 10-Day Card.
- Qualifying Alta-Bird passes: Family Package, Adult, 65+, 18-25 & Military.
- Alta or Alta-Bird Family Season passholders will receive a parking code that can be used to book up to four (4) free parking reservations. Reservation codes can be reused throughout the season once the 8am active reservation date and time have passed.
We are pleased to offer qualifying season passholders ten 25%-off All Day Alta lift tickets.
Qualifying passholders are all Adult Season Passholders, Military and Ages 18-25.
No, however, Alta and Alta-Bird Season Passholders can purchase an Ikon Base Pass add-on for $349. If you choose to purchase the add-on, visit the Ikon website to register an online profile prior to being issued your Ikon Base Pass. Your Ikon Base pass add-on does not provide access to Alta-Bird, Deer Valley, Snowbasin, Sun Valley, Taos, Jackson Hole or Aspen Snowmass.
